Our promise

You have 30 days from delivery to return anything unopened and unused, in its original sealed packaging, for a full refund or exchange. We think 30 days is fair: babies grow fast, plans change, and you should not be punished for buying ahead.

What we cannot take back

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned once opened or used:

• Bottles, teats, pacifiers, teethers and any item that goes in a baby’s mouth
• Breast pumps, breast pads, milk storage bags and nursing accessories
• Skincare, bath products, creams and ointments
• Ear-piercing studs and piercing consumables
• Thermometers, nasal aspirators and other personal medical devices
• Any item with a broken hygiene seal

This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty. A faulty product is always returnable, opened or not.

Faulty or incorrect items

If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We collect it at our cost and replace or refund it in full. Manufacturer warranties on electrical items — breast pumps, sterilisers, nebulisers, humidifiers — are honoured in full and we will handle the claim for you.

How to return something

1. Message us on WhatsApp or email orders@purelyom.com with your order number and what you would like to return.
2. We will confirm and arrange collection, or you can bring it to the store.
3. Once we have inspected it, refunds are issued within 7 working days.

How refunds are paid

• Paid cash on delivery — refunded by bank transfer, or as store credit if you prefer
• Paid by card — refunded to the same card

Delivery charges are refunded only when the return is our fault.
