You can pay online by card or in cash on delivery. Card payments are handled entirely by HyperPay, the payment provider of our bank, Arab Bank, on their own secure systems. We do not see or store your card details.
Only the people who need it to complete your order: our delivery courier, our website host, and HyperPay (for card payments). We also use Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising tools, which record visits and purchases on our site so we can measure our ads. We never sell your information.
If you create a baby registry, the list you build and the name you give it are visible to anyone you share the registry link with. Your address is never shown to them — when someone buys you a gift, we deliver it for them. You can delete your registry at any time from your account.
Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. If you ask us to delete your account details, we will, except for anything we are legally obliged to keep.
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email orders@purelyom.com and we will respond within 30 days.
