Once you place an order we contact you on WhatsApp to confirm it and agree a delivery time. Orders placed after 4pm, on Fridays, or on public holidays are processed the next working day.
We deliver anywhere in Jordan. Outside Amman, the delivery cost depends on where you are, so message us before you order — or place the order and we will contact you to agree the cost before we dispatch. You will never be charged more than you have agreed to.
Cash on delivery is available anywhere we deliver. Please have the exact amount ready where possible. You may inspect the packaging before paying, but items cannot be opened and tested before payment.
Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and we will put it aside for you at Damra Plaza, Saleh Al-Samadi Street, 7th Circle, Amman. We will confirm when it is ready.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or not as described, contact us within 48 hours and we will replace it or refund you in full, including the delivery charge.
